9:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order:  Present:  Paula Keefe and Richard Gorden

1.  The Board reviewed a fiscal year 2005 abatement application that had been deem

     denied.  The Board granted an abatement on the property identified as parcel

     #081130000.

9:15 P.M.  Adjourned
